Hurricane Logistics provides full truck freight brokerage services for all truck modes. Through its alignment with SLD Transport, Hurricane Logistics is able to provide customers the added comfort and assurance of having truck shipments backed by the physical assets of an established carrier.

Commitment to Service

As a USDOT regulated common carrier, we understand the need for shippers to be confident that they are dealing with a safe and reputable company. Since 1996, we have provided transportation and delivery services to leading manufacturing, retail and distribution companies. Our commitment and consistent level of performance have allowed us to earn customer loyalty. By requiring that all third-party carriers contracted to us meet the same standards that we have for our own drivers and trucks, we can provide the same reliability and assurance in lanes that we may not be able to cover with our own units. From the customer perspective, and unlike most brokers, we treat the dispatch of a brokered truck as if it is our own SLD Transport truck that is providing the service. We carefully monitor the delivery performance, and if there is an issue, will directly work with the carrier to resolve it. We do not wash our hands of any issue and leave these to our shipper customer to have to resolve themselves with the third-party carrier.
